Shipping

Every order ships from our warehouse in Anaheim, California. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders placed by 2 PM PT on a business day usually ship the same day; otherwise the next business day. Standard delivery takes 2 to 6 business days depending on your state. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the label is created.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item in unused, resalable condition with its original packaging. Email cs@livingcreator.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label. The label cost is deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.

Damaged or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
