Refund policy

Returns: you have 30 days from delivery to return an item in unused, resalable condition with its original packaging. Email cs@livingcreator.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label. The label cost is deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
▎ Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.
▎ Damaged or wrong item: if anything arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. You do not need to send the item back.
