Track your order
Every order ships from our warehouse in Anaheim, California. Here is how to see where yours is.
1. Check your email
As soon as your shipping label is created, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Look it up with your email
Sign in with the email you used at checkout. We send you a one-time code, so you don't need a password. Open Orders to see each order's status and its tracking link.
No tracking yet?
Tracking shows up once the shipping label is created. Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 days from the day you order. See Shipping & Returns.
Tracking stuck or something looks wrong?
Email cs@livingcreator.com with your order number (for example, #1234). We check with the carrier and reply on business days, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific.
