KEEPER LONG Stainless Lunchbox

Choosing the color was the hard part. It's such a clean, pretty kimbap container.

An older container I had from another brand was far too small for store-bought kimbap, but this has plenty of room even for a thick roll — just right.

P.S. A rack or strainer insert would make it even better (moisture collects when you microwave it). I cut a strainer mesh I had at home and use that underneath.

I've brought kimbap home from the kimbap shop in it and packed inari sushi in it, and being long it doesn't take up much room in my bag. I never had anywhere to heat up a frozen corn dog I'd brought, and since this is microwave safe it's good for a quick reheat too. It's a bit of a splurge, but I think I'll have it a long time.

Living abroad I pack six snacks and lunches for the kids, and nothing beats a stainless lunch box — being able to microwave it as well makes me very happy. I make kimbap now and then, so I ordered this design to try it too.

The red is bright and pretty, and it's the kind of color that makes you hungry. It's bigger than I expected and looks perfect for kimbap or inari sushi.

I used a similar plastic lunch box, and after a year the outside was fine but the inside was badly scratched and I felt uneasy microwaving it. But I liked this slim shape for carrying in a bag, and I was about to buy another when I found this. It's a bit expensive, but I bought it thinking about how long stainless will last. It's my husband's lunch box, and while it's heavier than plastic it feels hygienic and I like it.

I wanted every color and after a lot of deliberating I got half of them. I live alone, so even that is plenty, but I can't resist something pretty or something new. It's a trap.

I was already getting so much use out of my Keeper Ten. But a kimbap-specific one, a shape different from what I own — I wanted it. I bought it straight away since it works for kimbap and for ordinary lunches too. I really like that it has a steam hole.

The steam hole means it's still warm after microwaving, and the size and shape are easy to carry, so I'm very happy with it. The color is lovely, which makes me like it even more.

Who made this? I want to give them credit. The color combination is so pretty that it keeps looking like a decor piece rather than a lunch box. Have you ever seen a kimbap container in this long shape? It's incredible. Practical and this good looking — that's just unfair. If you're after a pretty lunch box, I recommend it without hesitation. I've been getting so much use out of my Keeper Ten that I bought the Keeper Long too, and it feels exactly right for a spring picnic. Using it with the cutlery set as well, the colors go together perfectly. Very happy.

The long shape makes it much more appealing to look at than other lunch boxes. The capacity is a little small though — I usually carry an 800ml Keeper Ten, so it was a bit less than I'm used to. Still enough to fill me up, and I think it would be fine for things other than kimbap.

The lid with the steam hole is genuinely good. With the Keeper Ten I take the lid off to microwave it and it never seems to heat quickly; with the Keeper Long I leave the lid on and just open the steam hole, so the trapped air heats up fast and the whole thing warms through evenly and stays moist.

I bought it as my child's lunch box. It's cute and long and the size is just right. I was already using the Keeper Ten, and I like that this one adds a steam hole — perfect for the microwave. I should get another color.

The Keeper Long I'd been waiting for! My child saw it and asked to make kimbap and go to the park for a picnic, so we used it that weekend. One roll of kimbap fits as if it were measured to size. Whatever the thickness, the length matches, so it doesn't shift around or fall apart. I wash the plastic parts by hand, take the stainless container out for the dishwasher, then dry it thoroughly and put it back together. The bright colors make it a lunch box that cheers you up. I haven't microwaved it yet, but it's my first microwave-safe stainless container so I'm looking forward to it.

I heard it could be used as a kimbap container and bought it right away.

Until now, when kimbap got cold I had to move it to another dish to microwave it, and now I just open the lid and heat it — so much easier.

What I especially like is that store-bought kimbap goes straight in as-is, without needing to be divided up.

I'm going to buy kimbap tomorrow and put it straight in this.

This is so good. Everything comes apart easily so it's simple to wash, it's great for bringing kimbap home, and we make kimbap often — the rolls don't get squashed, which I'm thrilled about. And the silicone in the lid comes out easily so it's simple to clean, which I really appreciate. I'm going to carry one of these in my bag every day now. I'm so glad I bought it. The size is good too, and with picnic season starting for the kids I think it's genuinely practical.

I pick up kimbap on my way to work now and then. In winter it doesn't matter, but this time of year it can spoil, so I bought this thinking it would be good to keep it in. It's long and roomy, so it looks perfect for kimbap. Looking forward to using it.

I normally only use long lunch boxes, so I already like this shape, and I'm very happy that it now comes in stainless. Because of the plastic-and-stainless double construction there is a length difference compared with the Lock&Lock one I used before — this one is longer.

The colors are fresh and it seems perfect as a picnic lunch box for daycare. It's so cute and looks like it'll be versatile — I'm glad I bought it in the pre-order. Very happy.

It's here! Honestly if there had been more colors I'd have bought another, but I got two for now. The colors are so pretty. The box packaging captures the brand's look well and it would make a lovely gift. Please release more Keeper Long colors, like you did with the Keeper Ten!

The pink is so cute and it's even prettier in person than I expected. The size is right for putting in a bag when I go out, and it feels like the perfect everyday size. I agonized over the color and went with pink — no regrets.

My daughter eats very little, so I bought it to pack rice and one side dish. Clean design and solid build — I like both.

Who knew a kimbap container could be this pretty? It's so easy to use for all sorts of things. (This is my first order.) Very happy with the set.

I'm a Keeper Ten user, so I bought this on trust. As expected, it's great. The steam hole means I don't have to take the lid off for the microwave — so easy.

I bought it as my husband's lunch box. He carries a small bag, and a square box or anything tall would make the bag bulge out unattractively.
